TLP’s protests paralyse traffic in various parts of country
LAHORE: Daily life was paralysed in different parts of the country as Tehreek-e-Labbaik Pakistan (TLP) workers on Tuesday staged a protest which led to massive traffic jams across the nation.
The protesters in Lahore caused the traffic to halt in different parts of the city including The Mall and Charing Cross.
Moreover, Islamabad Police on their Twitter account also shared details of the traffic jams in Faizabad, Aabpara and Kashmir Highway and suggested that the commuters use an alternative route.
The Islamabad Police tweeted, “Faizabad, Aabpara and Kashmir Highway adjacent to Aabpara is blocked by protesters. Road users are requested to avoid these places.”
